Stop losing customers to missed calls and slow follow-ups.

I help small businesses in Durham Region fix the one leak that costs them the most. You get a fixed price up front, and you don't pay until it works.

Based in Pickering. Working with owners in Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Clarington.

Tuesday evening Example
  1. Missed call

    (905) 555-0142. You're off for the night.

  2. Text sent for you

Sorry we missed you! This is Hillside Heating. What can we help with?

  3. Customer

Furnace is making a banging noise. Can someone come tomorrow morning?

  4. Booked

Wednesday, 8:00 am. Added to your calendar, with the details.

An example of one fix: an after-hours call that would have gone to a competitor becomes a booked job. The business name is made up.

Sound familiar?

You're on a job when the phone rings, and by the time you call back they've booked someone else. Quote requests sit in your inbox until Sunday night. Happy customers never leave a review because nobody asked them to.

You know it's costing you, but you don't have time to fix it, and you definitely don't have time to learn new software. That's not a people problem. It's a gap in how the work flows, and it's usually one gap that matters most.

How it works

  1. I find the leak.

Before we ever talk, I look at your business the way a customer does. I find where people fall through, and I estimate what it costs you each month.

  2. I show you, not tell you.

I build a short working demo of the fix, set up as your business, so you can see exactly what your customers would see.

  3. I build it, and you pay when it works.

I set it up inside the tools you already use, I test it with you, and I stay reachable afterward.

Why not just buy an app?

You can, and for some businesses that's the right call. I'll tell you if it's yours.

Most owners I talk to already have an app or two that nobody set up properly. The difference here is that I fit the fix to how your business actually runs, I connect it to what you already use, and you have a local person to call when something needs to change.

Who you're working with

I'm Nader, and I live in Pickering.

For my day job, I lead engineering teams that build software at a large scale. I started this because I kept seeing local businesses I love lose customers to problems that are now cheap and quick to fix.

I only take on work I think will pay for itself, and I'd rather tell you no than sell you something you don't need.

The offer

Fixed price, quoted before we start.

You don't pay until it's working.

If the fix doesn't do what I said it would, you don't owe me for it.

Founding clients.

My first few clients get founding pricing in exchange for honest feedback and, if they're happy, a short reference.

Questions

Do I need to know anything about technology?

No. You tell me how your business runs, and I handle the setup.

Will my customers feel like they're talking to a robot?

The goal is that they feel looked after. I set the tone with you, and anything the system can't handle goes straight to you.

Who owns it?

You do. It runs on accounts in your name.

What about my customers' information?

I only use what the fix needs, I don't sell or share it, and I set things up so it stays in accounts you control.

What does it cost after it's built?

Some fixes cost nothing to run. Others use software with a small monthly fee, and I'll tell you exactly what that is before we start.
